Terms of Service
1. Overview
These Terms of Service govern the website design, hosting setup, and ongoing management services provided by Charles Graves Website Design (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Services & Turnaround
• Initial Build: The Turnkey Build & Launch ($699) includes custom mobile-optimized website design, interactive menu or service setup, 1st-year .com domain registration, high-speed cloud hosting, SSL security, and Year 1 Managed Care (routine text, menu, price, and photo updates).
• Turnaround Time: Project setup and initial draft deployment are completed within 1–2 business days following receipt of payment and required client assets (logos, menus, business details).
3. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate business information, text content, pricing details, and high-resolution images. Delays in asset submission by the client may adjust the target launch date.
4. Hosting, Renewals & Deactivation
• Year 1: Hosting, domain registration, and managed support are included for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Year 2+ Renewals: Starting in Month 13, site maintenance, domain renewal, and cloud hosting renew under our All-In-One Managed Care Plan at $299/year (or $29/month). This covers annual .com domain renewal, cloud hosting, SSL security, site health monitoring, and routine text, menu, price, and photo updates. Major custom site overhauls or adding brand-new pages are quoted separately.
• Non-Payment: Failure to pay hosting renewal fees prior to expiration will result in temporary site deactivation and domain expiration.
5. Refunds & Cancellation
• Pre-Deployment: Initial $699 build fees are 100% refundable prior to custom domain registration and live site deployment.
• Post-Deployment: Once custom domain registration and live site deployment have occurred, initial build fees are non-refundable. Monthly or annual care plans may be canceled at any time prior to the next billing cycle.
6. Limitation of Liability
Charles Graves Website Design is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website downtime, third-party software outages, or client-provided content inaccuracies.
